Altec LR 756, 61 ft, Over-Center Bucket Truck s/n 0618FF8652, with single-man bucket & 2 hyd outriggers, rear mounted on 2019 International 4300 DuraStar Chipper Dump Truck, 6.7L Diesel, Auto, A/C, (52,706 miles) (Runs & Upper Operates) (Transmission/Drivetrain Performance Concerns, Driveshaft Disconnected, Rear Differential Condition Unknown, Rear Axle Shafts Removed (Axle Shafts In Toolbox) An Altec inspection of the unit identified above has determined that the unit cannot be safely operated without completion of significant repairs. The unit has been removed from service until these repairs are accomplished. Serious injury or death can result for any attempt to operate the unit without the benefit of these repairs. Altec has recorded the out of service status of the unit. Until Altec has been notified, in writing, that the required repairs have been performed, or Altec performs the repairs, further service work, technical support, and part sales by Altec may be limited on this unit. The manufacturer has notified JJ Kane that this equipment is subject to an open recall. CSN-722 Rotation Bearing Cap Screw Inspection The equipment should not be operated until this is addressed.
