J.J. Kane will arrange to have your items moved to an auction yard, upon request. Cost will be estimated in advance, and in most cases the cost of transportation will simply be deducted from the auction sale proceeds.

Drive-Away Service

We will be glad to arrange for a vehicle drive-away, in which a service sends the driver to your vehicle’s location, to drive your vehicle to an auction site. Simply contact your local sales rep to discuss.

The three most commonly used leases are:

• Buy-Out Lease: Essentially this is similar to a conventional loan where the borrower owns the equipment at the end of the lease term.
• TRAC Lease: The borrower makes a monthly lease payment, and at the end of the lease term the borrower has the option to buy the equipment for a set percentage (typically 20%) of the total lease amount.
• Fair Market Value (FMV) Lease: FMV leases are typically used for New Equipment Purchases and are basically long-term rentals. The FMV lease is written with the intent of the borrower returning the equipment at the end of the lease term. The borrower does have the option to extend the term month-to-month or purchase the equipment.

$1 Buy-Out and TRAC leases may be considered when financing used equipment. Both are good options, depending on your needs.
