Invoicing
Winning bidders will now be receiving winning bid notifications via email throughout the auction day. These emails will showcase confirmation of lot, description, and bid amount. Final invoices will be consolidated into one email and sent at the close of the last day of auction.
Bidders who do not plan on bidding after the first auction day may request an invoice via contact@jjkane.com and the team will email invoices promptly.
Auction Calendar
Display of our auction calendar will be streamlined and create a better user experience. Both days will now be included in a single event listing. Customers will have the ability to search and filter based on day and ring within a single auction event.
