Herc Rentals, PG&E, local & national contractors, cities, counties and other government agencies are selling items that are surplus to their present needs at absolute sale.

ITEMS CLOSE OUT STARTING AT 9 AM PACIFIC TIME.
• 4 items will close at every 3 minutes, with additional time extension when bids are made in the last 90 seconds of close.

NOTICE: Everything will be sold at absolute auction to the highest bidder regardless of price.

TIMED AUCTION BIDDING: This auction sale will feature TIMED AUCTION BIDDING powered by Proxibid. All prospective bidders are required to register on-line, bidding can start once you are approved, it could take up to 48 hours for the approval process. Go to www.jjkane.com (Bid Online Tab). All bidding will be completed on the internet, buyers will be required to comply with all the terms and conditions of the auction sale, including the payment and removal procedures. BUYER’S FEES: There will be a 12% buyer’s fee charged on all items sold. There will be a 17% buyer’s fee charged on all lots sold located in CA (The Buyer’s Fee in CA is taxable) and a 13% buyers fee charged on all lots sold located in UT and NV.

ALL ITEMS EXCEPT THOSE LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA:

Administrative fee:
• $125 will be charged on all titled or transferable items
• $10 will be charged on all non-titled items sold between $0-$499
• $50 will be charged on all non-titled items sold $500 and above
• Fees apply regardless of the purchaser exemptions or residence.

Sales tax will be collected per state regulations, tax rate is determined by the physical location of the item(s).

ITEMS LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA:

Buyers of vehicles physically located in CA will be charged:
• $70.00 Doc fee
• $50 smog test fee
• $8.25 smog certificate fee
• Registration Fee
• Transfer Fee
• 1.15% License Fee and a Weight Fee

• $125 will be charged on all titled or transferable items
• $10 will be charged on all non-titled items sold between $0-$499
• $50 will be charged on all non-titled items sold $500 and above

All California Retail buyers can demand title, or have titles transferred to their name

No Retail buyers in state or out of state will be allowed to purchase Dealer only Items! No Exceptions!
