Western Regional/Government Surplus Auction

TWO-DAY AUCTION EVENT
Day 1 will always consist of two rings and the category breakdown will be as follows:
Ring 1: Light Duty Vehicles
Ring 2: ATV's, UTV's, Motorcycles, Boats. & Misc.

Day 2 will start with one ring
Ring 1: Cranes, Aerial Units, All Forestry Equipment, Service Trucks, Mechanic Trucks, Dump Trucks, Truck Tractors, Flatbeds, Step Vans, Vactor Trucks, Reel Trucks, Specialty Trucks, All Equipment, Equipment Attachments, Trailer mounted equipment & all trailers.

ITEMS CLOSE OUT STARTING AT 9 AM PACIFIC TIME.
• 4 items will every 3 minutes, with additional time extension when bids are made in the last 90 seconds of close.

NOTICE: Everything will be sold at absolute auction to the highest bidder regardless of price.

ALL ITEMS• Fees apply regardless of the purchaser exemptions or residence. Sales tax will be collected on non-titled items per state regulations, tax rate is determined by the physical location of the item(s).

Administrative fee for all sales except for government-owned items physically located in Nevada:
• $125 will be charged on all titled or transferable items
• $10 will be charged on all non-titled items sold between $0-$499
• $50 will be charged on all non-titled items sold $500 and above

For items physically located in California, all buyers will be charged California sales tax, but will be eligible for a refund of such sales tax after presenting Auctioneer with a signed bill of lading showing the Auction Item has been successfully removed from the state of California by a third party with valid DOT# that is authorized to transport vehicles out of the state, or proper California Resale Certificate

Buyers of items physically located in Nevada:

In addition to the fees above, a $28.25 Nevada Title Fee may apply to some or all vehicles in the auction (Nevada residents only). Other fees may apply based on changes to DMV and other governing laws. Any changes or updates to fees will be announced at the time of the auction and/or printed in the terms online and/or onsite at the auction.

Items belonging to the state of Nevada, its political subdivisions, or the Federal Government are exempt from sales and use tax. Items NOT belonging to the state of Nevada, its political subdivisions, or the Federal Government will be charged at the current local tax rate at the point of sale unless you have a resale or dealer's license and are exempt from sales tax. Non-Taxable items are marked accordingly on the units and in the catalog. Buyer's Fee is part of the purchase price and is taxable on taxable items.

Titles are processed in accordance with the NEVADA Department of Motor Vehicles. DMV laws in other states may vary and may require further processing by the BUYER. Units that do not require titles in Nevada may have such requirements in other states. Some states may have different requirements for branding and salvaging titles. The Auctioneer/Owner is NOT responsible, and in some cases, may not be able to provide documentation required by other states. BUYER BEWARE. Please run Carfax reports, NMVTIS reports, Recall checks, or other checks PRIOR to bidding on a vehicle.

EMISSION TESTING NOTICE JJ Kane / TNT Auction is exempt from providing emissions testing or inspections for motor vehicles pursuant to regulations adopted under NRS 445B.770 for motor vehicles sold at a consignment auction. Therefore, buyers who reside in an area where emissions testing or inspections are required will be responsible for obtaining their own emissions certificates prior to registering the vehicle. Any repairs necessary to bring the vehicle purchased into compliance is also the responsibility of the buyer.
