BUYER’S FEE: There is a 2-17% buyer’s fee charged on all items sold, that includes a 2% Internet fee along with a 0-15% Buyers Premium. (The Buyer’s Fee in CA is taxable). A $25.00 document fee will be applicable to all titled pieces, regardless of the purchaser exemptions and a $10 Lot Fee on all non titled lots. Sales tax will be collected on all items
J.J. Kane/Ken Porter Auctions has suspended accepting any payments in-person at physical locations. To pay your invoice we offer multiple options: Complete payment is required on sale day only in by wire Transfer - All major credit cards will be accepted, up to a $10,000 maximum charge per customer per sale with no service fee. International Buyers will need to wire transfer full payment directly from your bank to J.J. Kane Auctioneers bank account. No International checks will be accepted. PAYMENT TERMS: Full Payment is due the 1st Business day following sale. J.J. Kane/Ken Porter Auctions has suspended accepting any payments in-person at physical locations. TIMED AUCTION BIDDING: This auction sale will feature TIMED AUCTION BIDDING powered by Proxibid. All prospective bidders are required to register on-line, bidding can start once you are approved, it could take up to 48 hours for the approval process. Go to www.jjkane.com (Bid Online Tab). All bidding will be completed on the internet, buyers will be required to comply with all the terms and conditions of the auction sale, including the payment and removal procedures. Inspection: Monday November 1st 9am - 4pm
All items must be removed within 1 week (7 calendar days) of the auction, with no exceptions. A “paid in full” receipt or Hauler sheet must be presented for removal. Any items left on site by the Friday following the sale will be charged a storage fee! STORAGE FEE: Storage Fee: $25.00 per item / per day. Fee starts accruing on 7th day after sale date. Storage Fees must be paid prior to removal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Dealer only Lot #'s are in the 2000 series. You must have a dealer's license in order to purchase these vehicles. All California Retail buyers will have titles transferred to their name. There is no longer a buyer demand option.
