March 17th  2012– Charlotte, MI (Lansing Area) - Removal Information

LOCATION: The auction sale was held at J.J. Kane’s Auction Facility, 750 Island Highway, Charlotte, MI, 48813 (just off I-69).

DIRECTIONS: FROM Lansing Michigan: Take I-69 South approximately 15 miles to Exit #61 (Business Route 69, Lansing Road, Charlotte). At stop sign, turn right on Lansing Road. Follow approximately .5 miles to the first traffic light (Wendy's on corner). Turn left on Island Highway and proceed 100 yards to the sale site on the right.

FROM I-94: Take I-69 North approximately 20 miles to Exit #61 (Business Route 69, Lansing Road, Charlotte). At stop sign, turn left on Lansing Road and follow approximately .5 miles to the second traffic light (Wendy's on corner). Turn left on Island Highway and proceed 100 yards to the sale site on the right.

INSPECTION: One day only on Friday, March 16^th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and sale day starting at 7:00 AM.

REMOVAL: During the auction sale, as long as the removal activity does not disrupt the auction sale, for 2 hours after the conclusion of the auction sale, Sunday, March 18^th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or Monday to Wednesday, March 19^th to 21^st 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Everything must be removed by Wednesday, March 21^st at 4:00 PM with no exceptions or you will be subject to storage fees.
