Follow Route 69 West 2.5 miles through downtown Rome and make a left turn onto Success Drive (West Rome Industrial Park). Sale site is on right in the middle of industrial park.
One day of inspection only on Friday, May 2nd, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and sale day starting at 7:00 AM.
Titled Items: New York Residents – sales tax will be collected based upon the county where you reside. Out of State Residents – sales tax will be collected on behalf of certain states for certain vehicles and all others will pay sales tax at the time of registration in your home state.
Non-Titled Items: sales tax will be collected from everyone at the rate of 8.75 %.
Tax Exempt: ST-120 Resale Certificates, ST-125 Farmer Exemption Certificates & ST-119 Exempt Organization Certificates will only be accepted. Out of State Dealers will need to provide a copy of their tax exempt document. Failure to provide us with the correct completed form/information will necessitate that sales tax be collected.
During the auction sale, as long as the removal activity does not disrupt the auction sale, for 2 hours after the conclusion of the auction sale, Sunday, May 4th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or Monday to Wednesday, May 5th to May 7th, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Everything must be removed by Wednesday, May 7th at 4:00 PM or entrance into the sale site will be by appointment only at the new owner’s expense.

Syracuse Hancock International Airport is 45 miles from the sale site and services commercial airlines. Oneida County Airport is 15 miles from the sale site and services private aircraft as well as limited commercial service.
There will be a 10% buyer’s fee charged on all items sold. The buyer’s fee is taxable.
Note: There will be a 13% buyer's fee charged on all items sold Live Off-Site when the item is located California.
This auction sale will feature live on-line bidding through Proxibid. All prospective internet bidders are required to register 48 hours prior to the auction sale at the Proxibid website (www.proxibid.com). All live internet buyers will be charged a 12% buyer’s fee on all items sold with the exception of items sold Live Off-Site that are located in Dixon, California where buyers will be charged a 15% buyers fee. Absentee bids must be over $10,000. There will be a 25% deposit required with all absentee bids that must be wire transferred to J.J. Kane. Call the sale site for the necessary forms and wire transfer information. Forms must be submitted with lot numbers, full descriptions, serial numbers and the exact amount of your bid(s). J.J. Kane reserves the right to round off bids to the most logical increment. All of the above requirements must be met by 4:00 PM E.S.T. two days prior to the auction or the bid(s) will not be accepted.
Buyer is hereby notified that Asplundh has assigned to Northstar Deferred Exchange Corporation, acting in its capacity as a Qualified Intermediary, all of its rights but not its obligations, in any existing and future contracts to sell certain equipment. This notification will apply unless specifically excluded in writing.

All equipment or vehicles that require any type of inspection on the upper unit or chassis is 100% the bidder/purchaser's responsibility and expense.
