The auction sale will be held at the Danella Line Services Yard, 1402 Conshohocken Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA, 19462, just off Exit 18 of I-476. Below are directions from all areas.
From Philadelphia Airport, Delaware & Walt Whitman Bridge – Airport take I-95 South, Delaware take I-95 North & Walt Whitman Bridge take I-76 West. Then all ways take I-476 North to exit 18B (Norristown). Turn right on Chemical Road, go ¼ mile and then turn right on Ridge Pike, go 1 ½ miles and then turn left on Conshohocken Road, go 250 yards to sale site on right.
From Pocono’s, NJ Turnpike & Harrisburg – Pocono’s take I-476 South, NJ Turnpike take I-276 West to exit 20 (I-476 South) & Harrisburg take I-76 East which becomes I-276 East in Valley Forge to exit 333 (I-476 South). Then all ways take I-476 South to exit 18 (Norristown). Turn right on Ridge Pike, go 1 mile then turn left on Conshohocken Road, go 250 yards to sale site on right.
Due to the large quantity of items in this sale, we will be selling with (2) auctioneers rings selling at the same time. Auctioneer 1 will start at 8:30 AM and Auctioneer 2 will start at 9:00 AM. Watch our website for exact sales order.
One day only on Friday, January 30th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and sale day starting at 7:30 AM. All customers entering the auction sale site must have photo I.D. and register in the sale site office trailer.
Titled Items – Vehicles may be subject to sales tax based on state regulations, unless proof of exemption is provided. Non- Titled Items – tax will be collected at the rate of 6%.
During the auction sale as long as the removal activity does not disrupt the auction sale, for two hours after the conclusion of the auction sale, Sunday, February 1 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or Monday to Wednesday, February 2 to February 4, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Everything must be removed by Wednesday, February 4 at 4:00 PM with no exceptions or a $50.00/day storage fee will apply.

There will be a 10% buyer’s fee charged on all items sold. The buyer’s fee is taxable.
Note: There will be a 13% buyer's fee charged on all items sold Live Off-Site when the item is located in California.
JJ Kane Auctioneers shall guarantee free and clear title for all vehicles sold to any buyer who has paid in full. JJ Kane Auctioneers however shall in no way be responsible for any losses, damages, attorney’s fees, cost of any kind, interest, punitive damages or any other type of damages resulting in and from a delay in obtaining title. JJ Kane Auctioneers shall use its best efforts in accordance with applicable law to obtain title to all vehicles however should a delay in the title occur, JJ Kane Auctioneers shall have no liability to the seller or buyer or any subsequent purchaser for any and all title delays for any reason whatsoever.
This auction sale will feature live on-line bidding through Proxibid. All prospective internet bidders are required to register 48 hours prior to the auction sale at the Proxibid website (www.proxibid.com). All live internet buyers will be charged a 12% buyer’s fee on all items sold with the exception of items sold Live Off-Site that are located in California where buyers will be charged a 15% buyers fee. Absentee bids must be over $10,000. There will be a 25% deposit required with all absentee bids that must be wire transferred to J.J. Kane. Call the sale site for the necessary forms and wire transfer information. Forms must be submitted with lot numbers, full descriptions, serial numbers and the exact amount of your bid(s). J.J. Kane reserves the right to round off bids to the most logical increment. All of the above requirements must be met by 4:00 PM E.S.T. two days prior to the auction or the bid(s) will not be accepted.
Buyer is hereby notified that Asplundh has assigned to Northstar Deferred Exchange Corporation, acting in its capacity as a Qualified Intermediary, all of its rights but not its obligations, in any existing and future contracts to sell certain equipment. This notification will apply unless specifically excluded in writing.

All equipment or vehicles that require any type of inspection on the upper unit or chassis is 100% the bidder/purchaser's responsibility and expense. (i.e.: Cranes, Man Lifts, Buckets, Diggers, Construction Equipment, Trailers and Vehicles of any type).
Certain items may be sold LIVE OFF-SITE by pictures & internet only. Items will be added to the auction sale. In an emergency situation, all sellers reserve the right to remove any unit from the sale. Call first before traveling if this is a concern.
